KVANT Series Group 3 gear pumps are available with a wide range of drive shafts, mounting flanges and port connection options in accordance with international standards, allowing them to be used in a wide variety of applications. The pumps offer high reliability and long service life.

According to the applicable technical specifications (TU), Hydrosila products are not classified as dual-use products.
The gear pumps combine versatility, a simple design and low maintenance requirements. Modern manufacturing technologies and Hydrosila’s many years of experience enable the production of pumps with high reliability and long service life. High efficiency, low noise level, a wide range of mounting and connection options, and numerous available configurations make these pumps a suitable solution for hydraulic systems of various types of mobile machinery and equipment.
Features:
- external gear pump;
- lightweight and robust housing made from extruded aluminium profile;
- mounting flanges and rear covers made of aluminium alloy or high-strength cast iron;
- mounting flanges and drive shafts in accordance with SAE, European and German standards;
- tandem configurations of up to 4 sections with a common inlet or separate inlets for individual sections;
- high-quality NBR seals; FKM (Viton) seals available as an option;
- customized solutions available for special applications.
Hydraulic fluids: mineral and special oils with a kinematic viscosity of 30...70 mm²/s at +50 °C.
The fluids must comply with DIN 51524-2.
