KVANT Group 1 gear pumps are available with a wide range of drive shafts, mounting flanges and port connection options in accordance with commonly used international standards. The variety of configurations allows them to be used in a wide range of hydraulic systems and equipment.
Applications:
- hydraulic power units and mini power packs;
- automotive service equipment;
- tail lifts;
- lifting and levelling platforms.
According to the applicable technical specifications (TU), Hydrosila products are not classified as dual-use products.
KVANT Group 1 pumps combine a compact design, versatility and a wide range of available configurations. Different types of drive shafts, mounting flanges and hydraulic port connections make it possible to adapt the pump to a specific hydraulic system and simplify its integration into equipment.
The simple design and low maintenance requirements ensure ease of operation. The pumps can be used both in mobile machinery and in compact hydraulic power units and other equipment.
Features:
- external gear pump;
- lightweight and robust housing made from extruded aluminium profile;
- mounting flanges and rear covers made of aluminium alloy;
- wide range of mounting flanges, drive shafts and connections in accordance with SAE, DIN, European and German standards;
- hydraulic line connections through the housing, mounting flange or rear cover;
- tandem configurations of up to 4 sections with a common inlet or separate inlets for individual sections;
- NBR seals; FKM (Viton) seals available as an option;
- special versions available upon agreement with the customer.
Hydraulic fluids: mineral and special oils with a kinematic viscosity of 30...70 mm²/s at +50 °C.
The fluids must comply with DIN 51524-2.
