КVANT Series Multiple Gear Pumps

KVANT Series multiple-section gear pumps are designed for hydraulic systems of mobile machinery and equipment. They are available in Groups 1, 2, 2.5, 3 and 4, with displacements ranging from 1 to 200 cm³/rev. Depending on the pump group and displacement, rated pressure is up to 250 bar.

• forestry machinery;
• lifting and material-handling equipment;
• municipal machinery.

According to the applicable technical specifications (TU), Hydrosila products are not classified as dual-use products.

KVANT multiple-section pumps combine versatility, a simple design and a wide range of available configurations. Pumps with up to four sections are available with a common inlet or separate inlets for individual sections, allowing a single pump unit to supply several hydraulic circuits.

A wide range of mounting flanges, drive shafts, hydraulic line connection options and additional features simplifies integration into different hydraulic systems of mobile machinery and equipment.

• lightweight and robust housing made from extruded aluminium profile;
• mounting flanges and rear covers made of aluminium alloy or cast iron;

• hydraulic line connections through the housing or rear cover;
• option for integrated relief and priority valves;
• mounting flange with support bearing available as an option;
• NBR seals; FKM (Viton) seals available as an option;
• special versions available upon agreement with the customer.

Hydraulic fluids: mineral and special oils with a kinematic viscosity of 30...70 mm²/s at +50 °C.
The fluids must comply with DIN 51524-2.
