Piston Hydraulic Cylinders "MC" Series
- Maximum pressure 280 bar
- Bore diameter 25 ... 240 mm
- Rod diameter 16 ... 120 mm
- Piston stroke up to 1800 mm
- Maximum piston speed maximum 0.5 m/s
- Temperature range from -30 °C to +80 °C
Welded cylinders of the “MC” series are a preferred solution for most applications due to their compact and reliable construction. These hydraulic cylinders can operate in hydraulic systems with a nominal pressure of up to 280 bar.
Areas of application:
- Agriculture
- Municipal machines
- Construction machinery
- Industrial sector
The “MC” series hydraulic cylinders are designed for various applications. The welded construction is more universal and easier to integrate into different machines and mechanisms thanks to its compactness, reliability, and ability to operate under high pressure.
The maximum working pressure depends on the front cover mounting design. Cylinders with a front cover secured by a retaining ring can operate at a nominal pressure of up to 200 bar. Cylinders with a threaded front cover can operate at pressures up to 250 bar.
For agricultural hydraulic cylinders we offer:
- Reversing valve for reversible plows;
- End-of-stroke cushioning;
- Adjustable center-to-center distance;
- Hydraulic locks and other valves upon customer request.
For cylinders designed for heavy-duty conditions we offer:
- Flanged front covers bolted for high resistance to pressure spikes;
- Heat-treated rods for extended service life;
- Special seals capable of withstanding pressure surges up to 600 bar and operation in high-dust environments;
- End-of-stroke cushioning;
- Hydraulic locks and other valves upon customer request.
Standard hydraulic cylinder range has the following characteristics:
1) Materials:
- Rod: CK45 steel, chrome-plated, f7 Ra <0.2;
- Minimum chrome thickness: 35 μm;
- Corrosion resistance: 200 hours NSS ISO 9227, class 9 ISO 4540, hardness 900 HV;
- Tube: seamless cold-drawn tube, rolled H9, Ra <0.25 μm;
2) Seals:
- Rod: compact rod seal, wiper, guide elements;
- Piston: compact 5-component sealing system (400 bar);
3) Marking on the body includes cylinder designation, serial number, and production date.
4) Coating: primer + polyurethane enamel, RAL5015 (blue), thickness not less than 80 μm, with corrosion resistance of 240 hours in salt spray.
5) All cylinders undergo acceptance testing with a safety factor Ks = 1.5.
6) Cylinders are supplied in cardboard boxes.
