Features:
- The MP80 hydraulic control valve is designed for hydraulic systems with flow rates up to 100 l/min. It is intended for flow distribution and pressure control in hydraulic systems of agricultural and forestry tractors, bulldozers and other mobile machinery.
- Closed-center hydraulic control valve designed for hydraulic systems with a fixed-displacement pump.
- Equipped with a main relief valve and an unloading valve.
- Check valve providing proportional spool control.
- Parallel internal flow distribution.
- 3- and 4-position spools.
- Manual spool control.
- Optional load-holding valves.
MP80 design versions:
- MP80-4/1 — for stand-alone use in hydraulic systems;
- MP80-4/2 — for use in combination with the MP80-4/3 control valve*;
- MP80-4/3 — for use in combination with the MP80-4/2 control valve**;
- MP80-4/4 — for use in combination with the 80-4614020 soil tillage depth control unit*.
* Stand-alone use of the MP80-4/2 and MP80-4/4 control valves is permitted when an additional fitting connected to the return line is installed in place of the G1/4 plug.
** Stand-alone use of the MP80-4/3 control valve is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
The MP80 is fully interchangeable with P80- and P75-type hydraulic control valves in terms of functional purpose and overall and mounting dimensions.
Hydraulic fluids: mineral and special hydraulic oils with a kinematic viscosity of 30–70 mm²/s at +50 °C.
The fluids must comply with DIN 51524-2.
