Manufacturer's service and warranty obligations
Service maintenance of products during the warranty and post-warranty period is provided by the Service Department within «Hydrosila TD».
Service maintenance is carried out through an extensive network of service centers.
All products (gear pumps, engine oil gear pumps, directional control valves, hydraulic cylinders, high-pressure hoses) manufactured by Hydrosila enterprises and sold through the
«Hydrosila TD» retail network are covered by a warranty of 24 months, namely:
- storage period from the date of manufacture to commissioning of no more than 12 months;
- operating period – 12 months from the date of commissioning (from the date of sale to the end consumer).
The warranty does not apply to:
- products for which the warranty period has expired;
- cases of violation of the operation rules and conditions specified in the product data sheet;
- products used for other than their intended purpose;
- products that have suffered mechanical damage;
- cases of violation of transportation, storage, and installation conditions;
- products that have been disassembled and washed by the end consumer.
In case of a claim regarding product quality, the end consumer should contact the seller who sold the product.
