Quick-Release Couplings "QF" Series

Flat-face (FLAT FACE) quick-release couplings minimize fluid leakage into the environment during connection and disconnection of the half-couplings. The flat-face valve prevents dirt and dust from entering the hydraulic system.

QF series flat-face quick-release couplings (FLAT FACE, FIRG or FF) comply with international standard ISO 16028. Used in hydraulic systems with pressure up to 350 bar. The valve design allows operation in highly dusty environments by preventing contamination from entering the hydraulic system. It minimizes fluid loss during connection and disconnection of the half-couplings.

Specifications:

• Half-coupling material: carbon steel with external and internal zinc galvanic coating, ensuring leak-tight connection, long service life, and high corrosion resistance.
• Seals from well-known European manufacturers.
• Ball locking mechanism of the half-couplings.
