Description
High-pressure hose manufacturing uses fittings of various standards including DKM, DKOL, DKOS, ORFS, JIC, CEL, BANJO, and SFL with bend angles from 0° to 90°, as well as couplings for cross and longitudinal crimping.
Under the “Hydrosila” brand, STANDARD series high-pressure hoses are produced:
- Made of high-quality single-braid rubber with a service life of at least 250,000 cycles.
- Made of high-quality double-braid rubber with a service life of at least 350,000 cycles.
- Made of high-quality four-spiral rubber with an HPH service life of at least 600,000 cycles.
Hoses are manufactured:
- according to DIN and SAE standards;
- for hydraulic systems with working pressure from 105 to 420 bar;
- with nominal diameter from 6 to 25 mm;
- with straight and angled fittings (0 to 90 degrees) of DKM type (with spherical nipple) and DKO type (with conical nipple and sealing ring), light and heavy series, as well as other standards;
- with threaded connections (metric and inch) and flange connections;
- in various lengths according to customer specifications (from 210 mm).
