Gear Pumps MASTER MCh Series, Group 3

MASTER MCh gear pumps are a cost-effective solution for hydraulic systems of mobile machinery and equipment. The pump housing made of high-strength cast iron withstands high hydraulic loads. Overall and connection dimensions comply with DSTU and GOST standards. Custom solutions for special applications are available. They feature high reliability and durability.

According to technical specifications (TU): Hydrosila products are intended for use in hydraulic systems of tractors, vehicles, agricultural machinery, and construction and road machinery. Hydrosila hydraulics is not intended for use in aviation or military equipment, in chemical, medical, light, or food industries, etc.; it must not be used for pumping chemical liquids or in hydraulic systems operating with water-based solutions containing special glycols or water.

Not a dual-use product.

MASTER MCh gear pumps are based on the well-proven MASTER M-4 pumps widely used by customers. The main difference is the high-strength cast iron housing. This has increased resistance to high hydraulic loads and extended service life. The simple design and low maintenance costs make these pumps a cost-effective solution for hydraulic systems with nominal pressure up to 200 bar.

Characteristics:

• External gear pump.
• High-strength cast iron housing.
• Mounting flanges and shafts comply with DSTU and GOST standards.
• High-quality NBR seals (Viton optional).
• Custom flanges and shafts can be manufactured upon agreement with the customer.

Working fluids: mineral and special oils with kinematic viscosity 30...70 mm²/s at +50°C. Fluids must comply with DIN 51525.
