Description

KVANT Series Group 2 gear pumps are available with a wide range of drive shafts, mounting flanges and port connection options in accordance with commonly used international standards. The variety of configurations ensures easy integration into different hydraulic systems and equipment.

municipal machinery.

According to the applicable technical specifications (TU), Hydrosila products are not classified as dual-use products.

KVANT Series Group 2 pumps combine versatility, a simple design and a wide range of available configurations. Different types of drive shafts, mounting flanges and hydraulic port connections make it possible to adapt the pump to a specific hydraulic system and simplify installation on different types of mobile machinery.

Single- and multiple-section versions are available, including configurations with separate or common inlets for the individual sections. For specific applications, the pumps can be equipped with valves or a support bearing, while special versions are available upon agreement with the customer.

lightweight and robust housing made from extruded aluminium profile;
mounting flanges and rear covers made of aluminium alloy or high-strength cast iron;
wide range of mounting flanges and drive shafts in accordance with SAE, DIN, European and German standards;
hydraulic line connections through the housing or rear cover;
tandem configurations of up to 4 sections with a common inlet or separate inlets for individual sections;
option for integrated relief and priority valves;
mounting flange with support bearing available as an option;
NBR seals; FKM (Viton) seals available as an option;
special versions available upon agreement with the customer.

Hydraulic fluids: mineral and special oils with a kinematic viscosity of 30...70 mm²/s at +50 °C.
The fluids must comply with DIN 51524-2.

KVANT Series Group 3 gear pumps GP3K20...GP3K90 are available with a wide range of drive shafts, mounting flanges and port connection options in accordance with commonly used international standards, allowing them to be used in a wide variety of applications.

KVANT Group 3 pumps are available in right-hand and left-hand rotation versions.

Group 3

Displacement - 32 cm³
Nominal pressure - up to 190 bar.

Simple and reliable gear pumps, overall and connection dimensions comply with DSTU and GOST standards.

The upgraded MASTER series design now operates at pressures up to 190 bar and delivers high efficiency across the entire operating speed range.

Nominal pressure — up to 160 bar.

Models: NSh6M-3, NSh10M-3, NSh14M-3, NSh16M-3. Also common abbreviations NSh6, NSh10, NSh14, NSh16. Available versions with right and left direction of rotation.

Designed for hydraulic systems of agricultural, construction, municipal and other mobile equipment. Overall and connecting dimensions comply with DSTU and GOST standards.
