According to the applicable technical specifications (TU), Hydrosila products are not classified as dual-use products.
The gear pumps combine versatility, a simple design and low maintenance requirements. High efficiency, low noise level, a wide range of mounting and connection options, and numerous available configurations make these pumps a suitable solution for hydraulic systems of various types of mobile machinery and equipment.
Features:
- external gear pump;
- lightweight and robust housing made from extruded aluminium profile;
- mounting flanges and rear covers made of aluminium alloy or high-strength cast iron;
- mounting flanges and drive shafts in accordance with SAE and European standards;
- hydraulic line connections through the housing or rear cover;
- tandem configurations of up to 4 sections with a common inlet or separate inlets for individual sections;
- high-quality NBR seals; FKM (Viton) seals available as an option;
- customized solutions available for special applications.
Hydraulic fluids: mineral and special oils with a kinematic viscosity of 30...70 mm²/s at +50 °C.
The fluids must comply with DIN 51524-2.
