Gear Pumps "ANTEY" Series

The gear pumps of the "ANTEY" series have proven themselves in operation in harsh climatic conditions and high-dust environments. Overall and mounting dimensions comply with DSTU and GOST standards. The special design of the pumps allows maintaining high efficiency throughout the entire service life.

According to technical specifications (TU): Hydrosila products are intended for use in hydraulic systems of tractors, vehicles, agricultural machinery, and construction and road machinery. Hydrosila hydraulics are not intended for use in aviation or military equipment, in chemical, medical, light and food industries, etc.; they cannot be used for pumping chemical liquids or in hydraulic systems operating with water-based solutions based on special glycols and water.

Not a dual-use product.

The special design of the "ANTEY" pumps was developed by the company «Hydrosila» in 1962. The pumps are intended for use in hydraulic systems of heavy-duty machinery operating in high-dust environments (in quarries, mines, open pits and shafts), as well as in low and high temperatures (up to +100 °C). The unique design ensures compensation of wear of pump parts and, accordingly, of clearances that appear during operation, throughout the entire service life. Minimizing hydraulic loads on housing components and ensuring comfortable operating conditions for plain bearings allows the pumps to withstand high hydraulic loads and maintain high operational performance.

• High-quality NBR seals (Viton optional).
• Tandem configuration up to 2 sections.

Working fluids: mineral and special oils with kinematic viscosity of 30...70 mm²/s at +50°C.
Fluids must comply with DIN 51525 standard.
