Gear Pumps ANTEY Series

ANTEY Series gear pumps are designed for operation under severe conditions, including high dust levels and both high and low ambient temperatures. The overall and mounting dimensions comply with DSTU and GOST standards. The pump design compensates for component wear and helps maintain high efficiency throughout the service life.

Applications:

• construction machinery;
• earthmoving machinery;
• mining dump trucks.

According to the applicable technical specifications (TU), Hydrosila products are not classified as dual-use products.

The ANTEY pump design was developed by Hydrosila in 1962. The pumps are intended for hydraulic systems of heavy-duty machinery operating in high-dust environments such as quarries, mines, open-pit mines and underground mines, as well as under low- and high-temperature conditions.

The design compensates for component wear and for increases in internal clearances that occur during operation. Reduced hydraulic loads on the housing components and favorable operating conditions for the plain bearings allow the pumps to withstand significant hydraulic loads and maintain stable operating performance over a long service life.

• NBR seals; FKM (Viton) seals available as an option.

Hydraulic fluids: mineral and special hydraulic oils with a kinematic viscosity of 30–70 mm²/s at +50 °C. The hydraulic fluids must comply with DIN 51524-2.
