VH Series variable-displacement axial piston hydraulic motors MVH90 and MVH112 are designed for closed-circuit hydraulic systems. They are used as components of hydrostatic transmissions for mobile machinery and equipment.
Applications:
- mining equipment.
According to the applicable technical specifications (TU), Hydrosila products are not classified as dual-use products.
The variable-displacement axial piston hydraulic motor provides high shaft speed and high torque. The design is based on the Sauer Series 20 concept. The motors are used as components of hydrostatic transmissions for mining machinery and equipment.
Design features:
- axial piston swashplate design;
- high hydromechanical efficiency;
- high-wear-resistance bimetallic valve plate;
- lightweight pistons for reliable operation under maximum-load conditions;
- mounting flanges in accordance with SAE standards;
- tapered roller bearings designed to withstand high radial and axial loads;
- radial or face-type shaft seal for reliable external sealing;
- integrated hydraulic components available as an option.

- hydromechanical control;
- hydraulic proportional control;
- electrical 3-position control, 12/24 V;
- electro-proportional control, 12/24 V.
Hydraulic fluids: mineral and special oils with a kinematic viscosity of 30...70 mm²/s at +50 °C.
The fluids must comply with DIN 51524-2.
