C Series double-acting piston hydraulic cylinders. The cylinders are designed for hydraulic systems with rated pressures up to 160 bar. The tie-rod construction is bulkier, but provides excellent serviceability and ease of repair under field conditions. C Series cylinders are a suitable solution for agricultural machinery thanks to the hydromechanical piston stroke control valve. They can also be used in other types of equipment where high pressures and pressure pulsations are not present.

According to the applicable technical specifications (TU), Hydrosila products are not classified as dual-use products.
C Series double-acting piston hydraulic cylinders are designed for hydraulic systems with rated pressures up to 160 bar. The tie-rod construction is bulkier, but provides excellent serviceability and ease of repair under field conditions. C Series cylinders are suitable for agricultural machinery, as well as other types of equipment where high pressure and pressure pulsations are not present.
The standard hydraulic cylinder range has the following specifications:
1. Materials
- rod: CK45 steel, chrome-plated, tolerance f7, surface roughness Ra < 0.2 µm;
- minimum chrome coating thickness: 35 µm;
- corrosion resistance: 200 hours NSS according to ISO 9227, rating 9 according to ISO 4540, hardness 900 HV;
- cylinder tube: seamless cold-drawn tube, roller-burnished to H9, Ra < 0.25 µm;
- front head: СЧ20 cast iron;
- piston: СЧ20 cast iron.
2. Seals
- rod: rod seal, rubber O-ring with backup ring;
- piston: rubber O-ring with backup rings, rated for pressures up to 250 bar.
3. Marking
The marking on the cylinder body includes the hydraulic cylinder designation, serial number and date of manufacture.
4. Paint coating
Primer and polyurethane enamel, RAL 5015 (blue), with a total coating thickness of not less than 80 µm and corrosion resistance of 240 hours in salt spray testing.
5. Testing
All hydraulic cylinders undergo acceptance testing with a safety factor of Ks = 1.5.
Hydraulic fluids: mineral and special oils with a kinematic viscosity of 30...70 mm²/s at +50 °C.
The fluids must comply with DIN 51524-2.
