Description
Its simple, cost-optimized design makes this control valve an excellent choice for basic hydraulic systems of mobile machinery and equipment.
Applications:
- tractors;
- municipal machinery;
- motor graders.
According to the applicable technical specifications (TU), Hydrosila products are not classified as dual-use products.
Features:
- the MRS70 hydraulic control valve is designed for hydraulic systems with flow rates up to 70 l/min;
- sectional design allows easy adaptation to different applications;
- open-center design for hydraulic systems with a fixed-displacement pump;
- equipped with a main relief valve and a check valve in each working section;
- parallel internal flow distribution;
- 3- and 4-position spools;
- manual spool control;
- power-beyond (“carry-over”) port available as an option.
MRS70.4 design versions:
- MRS70.4/1 — for stand-alone use in hydraulic systems;
- MRS70.4/2 — for use in combination with the 820-4634010 control valve.
Hydraulic fluids: mineral and special hydraulic oils with a kinematic viscosity of 30–70 mm²/s at +50 °C.
The fluids must comply with DIN 51524-2.
