Modernized hydraulic distributor MP80: already on sale

Since May 2012, the upgraded MP80 hydraulic distributor from the «Hydrosila» trademark has been available for sale, featuring improved characteristics and a housing with side hydraulic line connections. Thus, the new product is of interest, among others, to enterprises and organizations operating older machines whose hydraulic systems have a fixed hydraulic distributor layout.

Among the most significant improvements of the upgraded MP80 hydraulic distributor are:

- Unit service life - 375 thousand cycles, which is 50% longer than standard P80 units and 25% longer than P80 series hydraulic distributors by TM «Hydrosila»;

- The new overflow valve ensures stable operation of the unit at pressures up to 25 MPa (4th pressure version) throughout its entire service life;

- The check valve ensures smooth, proportional movement of the working element;

In addition, MP80 hydraulic distributors are fully interchangeable with standard P80 units and can be used on machinery instead of them.
