The United Primary Trade Union Organization "Hydrosila" is the winner of the All-Ukrainian Review - the competition of primary trade unions

On March 15 of this year, a meeting of the Council of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine was held in Kyiv, attended by the Minister of Social Policy, Serhii Tihipko. Hydrosila was represented in this social dialogue by the chairman of the trade union committee, Serhii Oliinyk. He was awarded the diploma of the winner of the nationwide review competition of primary trade union organizations, «Strong Primary Organization - Strong Trade Union», announced by the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukraine at the beginning of the previous year. The Unified Primary Trade Union Organization of Hydrosila in Kirovohrad (Yelisavetgrad) took first place in the automotive and agricultural machinery manufacturing sector of Ukraine.
This is already the second victory of the trade union organization in this competition. For the first time, the Hydrosila primary trade union organization was recognized as one of the best in 2007.
As it turned out, the main criteria for determining the winners of the competition were: growth of average wages; reduction of workplace injuries; provision of employees with the necessary sanitary and welfare facilities and healthy working conditions; prevention of unjustified job cuts; ensuring proper health and recreation opportunities for employees and their families; as well as fulfillment of other obligations under collective agreements.
