As part of the «CTT-2012» exhibition held in Moscow last week, the «Hydrosila» Group of Companies, together with specialized departments of leading Russian universities - the Moscow Automobile and Road Construction State Technical University (MADI) and the Moscow State Technical University «MAMI», organized a conference on the topic «Component Base of Hydraulic Drives for Construction, Road, Municipal and Special-Purpose Machinery».

In particular, specialists of the «Hydrosila» Group presented the company's latest developments in expanding the product range of bent-axis and swash-plate axial piston pumps and motors. In 2012, the production of bent-axis axial piston machines under the «Hydrosila» trademark was separated into an independent manufacturing facility equipped with the latest high-precision machinery from leading global manufacturers such as Doosan, EMCO and others. The product range was expanded with bent-axis axial piston motors and pumps featuring a 40-degree angle and displacements of 56 and 107 cm³. In addition, the company introduced several new products in the swash-plate axial piston machine segment - axial piston pumps and motors with LS control for open hydraulic systems of the «C» series, as well as axial piston pumps and motors of the «H» series (a version of Sauer Series 20 pumps and motors upgraded for operation in hydraulic systems with working pressures of 420-450 bar).

As part of the presentation entitled «Prospects for the Development of Hydraulic Components for Single-Bucket Non-Rotating Backhoe Loaders Based on 1.4 t Traction Class Tractors», the advantages of the integrated approach to the development and production of hydraulic system components for mobile machinery, which the company follows, were demonstrated. Today, «Hydrosila» is capable of supplying complete hydraulic systems whose components are designed and manufactured according to the specific requirements of customers.

Presentations were also delivered on the following topics: «Prospects for the Use of Nanomaterials in the Production and Repair of Hydraulic Machines» and «New Opportunities for Assessing the Energy Characteristics of Rotary Hydraulic Machines». The conference attracted more than 100 representatives of construction and road machinery manufacturers, other special-purpose equipment producers, specialized research organizations, service centers and market operators.
