The history of HYDROSILA reflects the development of engineering expertise in hydraulics for mobile machinery. For more than 70 years, the company has been improving product designs, manufacturing technologies and quality control, turning accumulated experience into reliable solutions for customers.
Four high-technology manufacturing enterprises are located in Ukraine, with total production facilities covering over 90,000 m².
HYDROSILA controls product manufacturing at all key stages — from the production of housing components to assembly and testing of finished products. This approach ensures stable quality, accurate parameters and reliable operation of hydraulic components in mobile machinery.

Our Production
Hydrosila’s production capabilities cover aluminium casting, grey and ductile iron casting, high-precision machining, assembly areas, test benches and quality control laboratories.
Foundry Production
Hydrosila manufactures aluminium castings using three technologies: gravity die casting, high-pressure die casting and low-pressure casting. The production of iron castings is equipped with modern melting furnaces, a DISA MATCH 24/28 moulding line and other technological equipment.
Machining
The machine fleet includes 917 units, including 176 CNC machines. For certain operations, machining accuracy reaches 0.001 mm, with surface roughness of Ra 0.2.
Production is organised in accordance with Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma principles.
Quality Control
Quality control is carried out at all key stages of production. The laboratories are equipped with modern measuring equipment, including Carl Zeiss Contura coordinate measuring machines, Mahr MarForm and Mahr MarSurf systems, MAHR GMX gear measuring machines, and other control systems.
Hydrosila manufactures serial products for mobile machinery and works with individual requests from machine manufacturers, dealers and service companies, combining industrial-scale production with engineering support for customers.

Product quality is built in at the design stage: when developing the product design, selecting materials and defining technological processes, potential risks, deviations and the operating conditions of the future product are taken into account.
During production, the stability of technological processes, the accuracy of parts manufacturing, assembly quality and product compliance with specified parameters are monitored.
100% of Hydrosila products undergo testing on specialised test benches, where the operation of hydraulic units is simulated under conditions close to real operating conditions. This makes it possible to confirm that products comply with technical parameters before they are delivered to the customer.
